Our GLL Scaffolding Band and Plate has broken through the technical bottleneck of traditional hot-dip galvanizing through process upgrades:

Density of coating: The molten zinc liquid infiltration process is used to ensure that the zinc-iron alloy layer evenly covers the steel surface, and a complete protective layer can be formed even in depressions and corners of complex structures. GLL Experimental data show that the porosity of its coating is less than 0.5%, and the efficiency of blocking water and oxygen penetration is increased by 40%.
Adhesion enhancement: Through automated air knife control and optimization of plating aids, the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate reaches 8MPa (far exceeding the industry standard of 6MPa), and there is no peeling phenomenon after hammer testing, and the impact resistance is improved by 35%.
Life extension: The coating thickness can be customized to 300g/m², combined with the sacrificial anode characteristics of zinc, GLL Scaffolding Band and Plate life can be extended to more than 50 years in harsh environments such as coastal areas.
GLL Scaffolding Band and Plate adopts zinc liquid penetration process to form a three-layer protective structure on the surface of steel bars:

Outer pure zinc layer: thickness can be controlled to 50-300μm, blocking water and oxygen penetration;
Middle zinc-iron alloy layer: bonding strength reaches 8MPa (far exceeding the industry standard of 6MPa), no red rust after 2000 hours of salt spray test;
Inner diffusion layer: zinc and iron are bonded at the atomic level to avoid peeling of the peeling layer.
Through automated air knife control and rare earth passivation technology, GLL products achieve:

Coating uniformity: workpiece ≤3μm, edge coverage 100%;
Environmental compliance: chromium-free passivation agent reduces 90% of toxic emissions and complies with the RoHS directive.
GLL scaffolding materials optimize mechanical properties for building scenarios:

Tensile strength: customized 550MPa high-strength steel plate, suitable for super-high-rise construction;
Stability test: passed the EN 10346 standard static load test, deformation <5mm;
Dynamic wind resistance: simulated 12-level typhoon wind pressure, structural displacement controlled within the safety threshold.

Anti-slip texture: surface friction coefficient ≥ 0.6, wet anti-slip performance increased by 40%;
