The square shaft structure provides a more stable connection performance, and its torsion resistance is increased by 30% compared to traditional round shafts, effectively preventing loosening problems during long-term use. GLL scaffolding casters adopt a patented double-disc brake system, and its design logic subverts the traditional single brake mode:

Double locking mechanism: both brake pads need to be stepped on at the same time to lock, avoiding the risk of sliding caused by accidental touch on one side, and meeting the safety regulations under the heavy load of scaffolding;
Friction force increased by 40%: the brake pads are made of high friction coefficient composite materials, and the braking efficiency is still maintained at more than 90% after 2000 cycle tests;

Abrasion resistance: The surface hardness of nylon reaches Shaw D75, and after 500 hours of wear resistance test, it only loses 0.3mm thickness, far exceeding the loss value of 3mm of rubber material, which is suitable for high-frequency use scenarios;
Silence effect: The special silencer structure design reduces the operating noise to 58 decibels (15 decibels lower than metal wheels), which meets the requirements of silent environments such as medical and laboratory;

Our GLL patented dual-disc brake system uses a combination of high-strength springs and wear-resistant brake pads to achieve:

Long-lasting life: After 200,000 braking cycle tests, the brake pad wear is less than 0.5mm;

Our GLL casters have passed the 72-hour full-load test (70kg continuous load), with the wheel deformation less than 0.1mm and the bearing cage without breakage.
