Our GLL U-joints are forged from Q235 round steel or U16MnK/20MnK high-strength steel. After hot rolling/cold rolling, GLL U-joints are processed by precision CNC machine tools to ensure that the end face verticality error is ≤2mm and the dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm.
Our GLL U-joints adapt the material yield strength is ≥325MPa, the tensile strength is ≥490MPa, and the elongation is ≥21%, far exceeding the standard of ordinary scaffolding accessories. The surface is double-treated with hot-dip galvanizing + electrostatic spraying, and can withstand more than 1000 hours of rust-free in the salt spray test (ASTM B117), and is suitable for coastal and high humidity environments.

Geometric self-locking design : The U-shaped opening has a built-in trapezoidal toothed bite surface, and the contact angle with the vertical pole is optimized to 15°, the axial bearing capacity is increased by 40%, and it can withstand a single point load of ≥25kN without slipping.
Double safety bolt system:Equipped with a gravity safety bolt + spring lock composite device, experiments have shown that it remains locked under 5g acceleration impact, in line with the EN 12811-1 impact resistance standard.
Visual status indication :The surface of the joint is integrated with a fluorescent marking strip, which automatically displays a color warning when the connection gap is greater than 0.3mm, making it easy for safety inspections to quickly identify hidden dangers.
